The method used is an analysis of lexical-semantic groups, as well as an analysis of proverbs functioning in the linguistic consciousness of students, and an experimental research method. The obtained results allowed us to adequately establish the structure of the fields of the concept under study, identifying its core and periphery. Data analysis revealed which lexemes are associated with the stimulus word "khizmat" in the Tajik national consciousness.
