“Kyrgyz Radiosu” Broadcasting Programs at the Beginning of the New Millenium (The 2000-th)

Attention is focussed on elicitation of thematic and genre peculiarities of “Kyrgyz Radiosu” broadcasting programs in the first years of the millennium. The author keeps to the opinion that in order to understand what took place in MM of the early millennium and in Kyrgyz radio particularly, it is necessary to deepen into the study of concrete broadcasts. The peripeteia of the country’s social-political life couldn’t have helped influence upon a development of culture and its perception. An obvious political implication became to be traced in certain programs of cultural-enlightening trend. Mentioning of these or those political personalities and their role in cultural and historic development referring to the period studied might be far from the positive. In this case everything depended on the position of the broadcast program author and the informational policy of the radiostation. Following its status “Kyrgyz Radiosu” always supported progovernmental point of view.
