From The Experience of the Best Vocational-Technical Schools of Sughd Viloyat on the Development of Pupils` Technical Creation (2000-2015)

Abstract

The article dwells on the results of the analysis of the plight of vocational-technical education in Tajikistan Republic in the XXI-st century in connection with a necessity of adopting a complex programme document on state level concerned with the trends of its development proceeding from social assignment of initial vocational education and its social importance at the contemporary stage of society development. It is marked that the contents of educational process need reconsideration from the position of its economic efficiency rise and maximal approach to qualitative needs of labour market with economic potential of the country being taken into consideration. New multistaged syllaby and curricula of vocational education need elaboration, human resources training and its qualitative renovation should be changed with transition to outrunning education being taken into account; economic efficiency of educational process, its rational management and quantitative monitoring over it ought to be borne in mind as well. Special attention is paid to appropriate attachment of schools in question to base outfits for training of specialists needed both by functioning, reconstructed and newly-built  enterprises. It is pointed that the measures named promote elevation of the level of professional status of VTSs pupils, studies of the newest techniques and technologies of manufacturing by them.
