The article is devoted to the famous poet, philosopher and thinker Abdurahmon Jami whose 600-th anniversary is celebrated this year according to UNESCO resolution. The authors dwell on his political outlooks and the views concerned with statal frameworks. The formers are expounded in many productions of his whose number is over fifty.
To the author`s mind, such works as “Bakhoristan”, “Khiradname Iskandari” and “Silsilat-az-Zakhab” occupy an especial place dealing with the problems in question. They consider that Jami, just as many other mediaeval scholars, can be refferred to the cohort of Utopists.
