Strategic Directions of Elevation of Effictiveness and Quality of Services of Consumers' Cooperation in Tajikistan Republic

Abstract

The article  highlights some aspects in regard to elevation of effectiveness and quality of services rendered by consumers` cooperation organizations  in Tajikistan Republic.  The analysis of the conditions of competition, dynamics of  development of services in consumers`  cooperation has been conducted. The directions  of the strategy of services quality development are outlined on the basis of entrepreneurship development conception in Tajikistan Republic for the  period  up 2015. One of the  indices of competitiveness of services  sphere enterprises is a quality of the services rendered.

The author presents a model of guaranted  quality in the sphere of services which takes into account the results of a service rendered and a consumer`s satisfaction. The  author proposes concrete measures and directions in reference to elevation of effectiveness and quality of services in consumers` cooperation. The results of the work  afford to properly identify more exactly the object of management and research in  reference to quality  services in consumers`  cooperation.
