Avtors

Abstract

Today one of the most urgent problems of the domestic banking system is its low diversification due to the high share of state participation in the capital of the largest credit institutions. In this connection, the key objective of monetary policy of the state should be aimed at reducing the state's share in the total crediting banking capital, which necessitates the development of its new tools.

The author considers that diversification of the  Russian bank sector is closely connected with realization of transactions on mergers and acquisitions  for the  stimulation of the  development of the largest crediting organizations and reduction of small and  middle-sized banks in RF.
