The article dwells on the evolution of transformation of economy systems in post-Soviet countries. The principal bias rests on the transformation of agro-economic relations, formation of market relations in the agrarian sector of Tajikistan economy, development of conceptions dealing with the transformation of economic relations. Proceeding from the analysis of scientific literature, the authors suggest a specific theoreme of a transformation of economic relations under the conditions of Tajikistan, they also adduce an approximate model of a transformation of economic relations in RT, in the authors` opinion, these are economic thinking of the society and state regulation of economic relations that come first
