The article dwells on the didactic principles on the basis of complex-systemic approach; the latters being analyzed as the elements of tuition system. A didactic value of a right solution of the problem in question lies in an influence of its implementation upon a quality of teaching. The author enumerates the names of scientists-didacticians of the West, the Soviet Union and Tajikistan. The author adheres to conscientions approach in the solution of the problem. According to this approach realization of didactic principles begins with the stage of elaboration of state standards, educational syllabuses and curricula, manuals, visual aids directly in tuition process. Compliance with the definition of essence and contents of didactic principles provides with the key to objective treatment and interpretation of the given didactic category.
The author substantiates the necessity of taking into consideration the view of the outstanding pedagogues of the past when working out the theoretical foundations of didactic principles; an analysis of the works of contemporary scholars being used as well.
