The article dwells on the problems of investitures under market conditions, especially for formation and development of the agrarian sector. The author touches also upon such issues as attraction of investments, stimulation of investors on the grounds of the laws functioning on the territory of Tajikistan; investments on state level and the way of effective usage of the latters being in the focus of the author`s view as well.
