Science as an objective and proved knowledge must not be verified only experimentally but in industry either; that being a high level of development of science. For the development of industrial science special prerequisites are needed which appeared in Europe, but not in the East or in antiquity. That is why a conclusion is made that European science was industrial per se and an experiment was a constituent moment of industry.
