Proceeding from the material of “Khamsa” by Khoju Kirmani the authors of the article dwell on the usage of izafet nominal compound phrases with Arabic components. It is turned out that the compound phrases with Arabic components are frequently used, and most of them, like simple phrases with Arabic components formed by Khoju himself and he took a number of them literally from predecessors and made changes to them in certain cases. Into the bargain, according to the researchers` statistical methods the following ways were used the basis of the poet`s work, including: formation of compound phrases by means of a simple nominal phrase and word; formation of compound nominal phrases by means of two simple phrases and formation of compound phrases by means of a compound phrase and word. It is emphasized that the second method of formation of compound izafet phrases is considered to be the most widely used one and covers the largest amount of research material.
