The article dwells on basic changes in new lexical meanings of computer neologisms in correspondence with already existing notions. Affect of internet-affixes over a formation of computer neologisms is considered as well. Such prefixes as e- , cyber-, net-, dot-, kibi-, mebi-, gibi-, tebi-, kilo-, bi-, are added to a broad range of existing words in order to form new notions associated with Internet. These prephixes are very productive in a formation of new words in the sphere of computer and Internet. It is also underscored that after every spiral of technological development language develops too, a number of neologisms and new word-building elements have been increasing as they are needed for reflecting a new technological reality.
