The Image of Contemporaries in «Ruzname» by Sadri Ziyo

Abstract

The article dwells on the study of «Ruzname» by Sadri Ziyo which is one of the aspects in regard to the author`s portrayal of the poets being his contemporaries. It is marked that the author of «Ruzname» when creating the image of his contemporaries pays special attention to their genuine nature and human qualities; She presents numerous information concerned with both men-of-letters and their creations. Proceeding from the biography and creations belonging to the outstanding man-of-letters of the Tajik literature, the author evaluates the level of knowledge and talent of poets and scientists as well. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that «Ruzname» presents an availability to familiarize with a number of some yet un-elucidated moments of poets` and scientists` life and with the level of their writing mastership as well
