The article dwells on the history of formation and establishment of foreign policy. The author analyzes the Tajik scientists` works devoting to principal stages in reference to foreign policy formation. The activities of the country` president on both the formation and establishment of foreign policy are reflected. She elucidates the historiography of Tajikistan Republic cooperation with Organization of Security and Cooperation of Europe (OSCE). Specific stages of the historiography of foreign policy of Tajikistan Republic are determined. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the literature published in the period of the 1990-ies-2010 - ies put the beginning of the historiography of the issues concerned with the foreign policy of Tajikistan Republic.
