The Basic Streamlines of the Activity of the Tajik SSR Procurator`s Office in the Years of The Great Patriotic War (1941-1945)

Abstract

The article is aimed at a disclosure of basic streamlines of the activity of the procurator’s office of Tajikistan in the severe years of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). The study of the unexplored pages of the activities of procurator`s office bodies in the years of war is of great importance for historical and juridical sciences. The article is written on the  basis of the  sources of diverse character. The  author disclosed voluminously the problems of procurator`s office  bodies concerned with the activity of  general surveillance  the  observance of legitimateness and law order under  war time conditions and over institution  of criminal proceedings against law-breakers. Special attention is paid to advocacy of  the rights of servicemen’s families, social protection of women, children, orphans,  invalids of war, participants of war actions, evacuated persons and  etc. The author gives explanatory commentaries to state policy relating to the sphere of prosecutor’s surveillance.
